▶ With a Ph.D. degree in Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering, I have more than a decade of experience as a Piping Engineer & lead, design & 3D modeling of the Oil & Gas Petroleum industry, petrochemical, chemical, & power plants and participation in all project stages including FEED, Basic, Detail Engineering and Field Engineering. Main responsibilities and specialties are: • Piping team leader and design coordinator. • Familiar with PMS preparation and material take-off for tenders in process plants. • Fully aware of projects' different stages from FEED to construction. • Piping engineering design & plant layout preparation. • Developing layouts from concept to feed phase and detail design in Greenfield and Brownfield EPC. • Organize 3D model according to project requirements. • PDMS Administration related activities, project Setup, and IT-related issues. • Adept in the review of equipment & piping layouts, isometrics & bill of materials (MTO), and nozzle orientation of equipment. • Proficient in design Review and Clash check using Smart Plant Review, and Navis Freedom • Familiar with CAESAR II and Supporting of pipes based on standard support drawings, preparing special pipe support drawings according to pipe loads. • PDMS modeling, drafting, isometric. • Vendor documents review & commenting. ▶ A fast learner and an open-minded person who has a passion for learning new things every day.
