As a Support Engineer, I have more comprehensive access to the tools I had earlier as a student, while my main job is technically supporting our colleagues and accessing a wider range of 2nd line tools.My main responsibilities are:-Handling the user lifecycle-Managing Intune-enrolled devices (Windows, Mac, Android, iOS)-Resolving Jira support tickets - Technical issues across On-premise, M365, and other SaaS or PaaS solutions-Overseeing endpoint protection - Sophos, now Microsoft Defender-Working on in-house projects, representing IT - Migrations into cloud, workplace modernization initiatives-Environments I work with regularly: Azure, Microsoft 365, Defender for Endpoint, Hybrid AD, Exchange, Intune, MECM, Jira, Sophos, Snow (UEM), Teams Room SystemOpportunity to become familiar with Agile methodology and ITIL v4.

I had the opportunity to contribute to significant projects and take responsibility for my tasks, all while being guided by great IT experts. I experienced firsthand the challenges of a rapidly growing company, not just from an IT perspective.During this time, I became familiar with a wide range of software, cloud services, and hybrid infrastructure, along with their associated challenges, and had the opportunity to manage them as well.A SharePoint migration project provided me with deeper knowledge, not realizing at the time that this would become one of my main areas of focus later in my career.
