- Send quotations to clients via email or fax after reviewing them with the Chairman and retain copies.- Send and receive emails on behalf of the Chairman of the Board.- Collect documents from all departments that require the Chairman's signature or review, and distribute them to the relevant departments after processing.- Prepare delegations, permits, letters, and any documents that need to be drafted on official paper, stamped, and signed.- Archive official documents, quotations, and any documents requested by the Chairman for retention.- Organize and remind the Chairman of appointments and meetings, and have relevant parties sign for receipt.- Keep the licenses for the company's fleet and employees' IDs.- Prepare engineering drawings for the transportation department.- Prepare the necessary documents for tenders and send them to clients.- Train in warehouse management through the Smart program.
