I am in charge of developing and overseeing the Business Plan. I am involved in the monthly closure process and the consolidation of monthly and quarterly results for presentation to the board and shareholders. I lead both the budgeting cycle and the quarterly forecasting processes. Responsible for creating and monitoring management actual vs budget reports across various areas, including CAPEX, OPEX, SG&A, Revenue, and operational activities. Additionally, I develop dashboards that showcase strategic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tailored for presentation to the board and council. I actively contributed to the creation of the medium and long-term strategic plan, as well as translating strategic objectives into monthly monitoring targets. I played a pivotal role as a key user during the implementation of the PBCS module within the Oracle Cloud framework. My role also involves support to the Corporate Finance and Project Finance departments.

Consolidation of all financials and business reports to the Board. Prepare ad-hoc analysis and KPI (financial and operational) for senior management. Monitoring of CAPEX/OPEX. Monthly update of Hyperion system files (P&L, Ageing, Backlog, Balance Sheet, Cashflow, Taxes and Intercompany). Responsible for the coordination, preparation and development alongside management of the yearly budget and periodic forecasting, as well as the monthly budget to actual variances explanations. Focus point for the yearly group local internal audit. Cash Flow management. Participate in month end closing process with accounting as well as the month end close reporting (MD&A, F&O, Working Capital and Cash Cycle reports).

Responsible for preparation and monitoring of the budget, Cash Call reports and monthly Billings – to the operated and non-operated projects, totaling 17 blocks. Update the expenditure / investment reports and local content with ANP (National Petroleum Agency). Monthly cost analysis to provide monthly budget to actual variances explanations. Participated in month end closing process with accounting. Elaboration and analysis of monthly timesheet allocations. Responsible for the internal procedures of the financial department according to SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) standards, besides assisting both internal and external audits.

Responsible for preparating and monitoring of the operational and administrative (SG&A) budget and the data consolidation for Sonangol SHI's subsidiaries. Created the Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) for the local Business Unit. Created management reports to monitor Real vs Budget, KPIs and Business Plan. Participated in month end closing process with accounting. Monthly cost analysis to provide monthly budget to actual variances explanations for each project. Active relationship with the National Petroleum Agency (ANP), through the preparation and periodic reviews of the quarterly reports (Quarterly Expenditure Report and Report on Investments in Local Content) and annual reports (PAT / OAT and PAT / PAP). Key user for SAP Project (CO, PS and FM modules), coordinating 2 analysts. Elaboration of internal controls and procedures related to the ERP system (SAP).

Financial Focal Point in the Interconnection department. Responsible for the development of the annual budget and quarterly Forecast. Revenue and cost analysis to provide monthly budget to actual variances explanations related to Interconnection per Business Unit. Updated monthly presentations to senior management regarding interconnexion (traffic), costs and revenue. Participation in the Traffic Matrix implementation in Hyperion.

Responsible for the annual Business Plan and the monthly budget to actual variances explanations report per project (RGP – Relatório Gerencial de Projetos). Created a cash management report for each project. Helped creating the first annual bonus plan for the company. Valuation studies for the purchase/sell of land. Participated in implementation of new process according to new company policies and SOX. Participated in the SAP system implementation project. Key user of CO and BPC / BW modules
