Responsible for overall business unit performance of Aqua Cooler within the Imaging Solutions group of companies. Aqua Cooler supplies industrial HVAC chillers and chilled drinking water systems to wholesale and retail channels. Responsible for business performance and planning, including sales, after market service, product development, customer support and operations. Management of tier 1 key accounts such as Reece, Tradelink, Blackwoods, Costco. Role includes P&L management, budgeting, strategy setting, sales management and forecasting, new product development and category management including working with overseas suppliers and new product sourcing, supply chain management, new business development and key account nurturing, leading creation of various marketing programs and channels, back end system implementation and management (CRM, ERPs), recruiting and general HR such as training and performance management, mentoring staff, management of sales, customer service and operations team.
