In my role as Software Engineer and Team Lead of the Credit Lifecycle team at Neo Financial, I lead a team focused on developing and enhancing innovative credit management tools. I began my journey as a Junior Software Developer, gaining valuable experience in building scalable applications for a diverse customer base.As the tech lead, I had the privilege of influencing the API design and backend architecture of our product, collaborating closely with product managers to create comprehensive solutions that enhance customer experience and streamline credit processes. My work spans planning, technical scoping, and execution of impactful projects, most of which fall under credit account management.I contribute to the entire project lifecycle, from technical planning and development to code reviews, testing, deployment, and maintenance. I primarily work with technologies such as TypeScript, GraphQL, MongoDB, and various architectures, including microservices and serverless solutions, utilizing Terraform for infrastructure management.
