• Develop and execute the agency’s annual fundraising plan including appeals, major gifts, in-kind donations, special projects, data management and reports, and stewardship.

• Main contact for Raiser’s Edge training to onboard new employees including a general overview and specialized training per job tasks
• Individualized Raiser’s Edge training with current employees to create database competency throughout multiple foundation teams

• Assist owners with coordination of six regional and one national competitive dance events that occur over several days each in various locations in Minnesota, North Dakota, Etc. and host on average 300 dancers at each.
• Onsite coordination between dancers, owners, judges, staff and guests
• Responsible for recruitment of new attending dance studios helping the competition add new locations
• Represent the company and work as a liaison between company and attending clients
• Coordinate operations for each event to include securing sites, electronic score tabulation, detailed and complex performance scheduling, judge organization, and award recognition
• Contribute to satisfied studios resulting in repeat attendance by helping develop plans to improve for next season

• Assist in planning, implementing and promoting all major events including: -Annual Convention with over 100 student attendees -Open House for community and chamber members resulting in ten new students -School outreach.
• Develop and implement new marketing tactics to increase student membership including direct mail, emails, and other promotional material
• Responsible for all communication between the studio, parents and students
• Responsible for payment collections and maintenance of computerized database
• Coordinate high volumes of phone calls and effectively update record systems simultaneously
• Perform all administrative tasks and maintain organization for two separate dance studios serving over 300 students/families.

• Lead a committee toward planning a successful fundraising event
• Develop and coordinate a new VIP reception for major donors
• Solicit sponsorships and in-kind donors
• Synchronize all media and print collateral with Allina brand standards
• Plan all aspects of event and direct volunteers on day of event
