From 2013 to 2016 I was responsible in the Product Management Department for all our B2C digital products and e-commerce solutions. Particularly I have conceived, written the specifications and coordinated the set up of a complex multiseller platform for books and e-books, planning also all the back offices flows for the delivery, accounting and payment processes.From November 2016 to February 2018, I have coordinated the following projects:* Frontend applications of the general Catalogue of the books in commerce for Germany, Austria and Switzerland (vlb.de and buchhandel.de)* B2B-E-Commerce-Application for the sales process of ISBNs (isbn-shop.de)* Realization of applications and APIs for a multiseller-gift-card-system for all German book sellers.* Realization of the application "BücherDJ", a multimedia desk to show and explore metadata about books in a new wayMy tasks were* to coordinate the interests and requirements of internal and external stakeholders* to communicate the projects inside the publishing sector and to construct relationships to support the project* to define and update the business plans* to write specifications* to lead the project teams and coordinate the realization process.Further I was in charge of the web communication of the start-up programme of the Börsenverein, ContentShift.de.

I've managed with Froggy three programs for Samsung Italy to bring local services and apps to mobile devices and SmartTVs of this hardware producer, when they launched the first SmartTVs, the first Android smartphones and tablets and the first Bada smartphones. I have also developed business relationships with RIM and Microsoft and have managed with them projects to bring local services to their devices.Further I have developed mobile and web projects (iOS, Android, Blackberry, Windows Phone) with Ferrero, Rizzoli Corriere della sera, Class editore, Sportnetwork/Corriere dello Sport, Radio Montecarlo, Fox International Channels Italy, Mediaset and a lot of further companies.My tasks were * Scouting and sourcing new contents* Building and maintaining relationships with our partners* Finalizing the contracts for acquisition and publishing of contents* Leading the project teams and coordinating the realization processes* Deploying the applications on the distribution platforms and coordinating the launching process with the marketing teams of our hardware partners.

As CEO of the company, I personally carried out strategic orientation, business planning, management of the internal team and of external service providers and contributors, business development and the design of new products and projects.Some of the projects I developed with Zadig are:- How to read World History in Art, Ludion, 2010 (The book has been published in English, Dutch, French and Spanish.)- Memoria delle Alpi, 2007: 3 CD-ROMs (Italian/French), realized for the administration of the Region of Piedmont.- Online-Software for managing the production process and the cost control for illustrated books.- Storia d’Italia – Un racconto fotografico, Mondadori, 2007 (The six volumes has been published and distributed in collaboration with the magazine “Panorama”.)- Contributions to the 10 volumes Storia d’Italia, Utet, 2006.- Immagini di storia, 2004-2009 (The website has been realized in collaboration with several Italian Museums and Archives.)- I capolavori dell’arte, Utet, 2005.- Virtual Museum of Intolerances, 2003-2004. (The website has been developed with an association of History scholars and was financed by the Region of Latium.)- Universo Scienze, University of Turin – Science Faculty, 2001/2007 (A Multimedia CD-ROM about the research and teaching activities of the Faculty).

I hold seminars on Multimedia Publishing and Multimedia Design for students of the Cultural Studies course.

I taught Multimedia Publishing in the Communication Sciences' programme (60 teaching hours for 125 students). I mentored also some students while they were writing their bachelor thesis.

As Project Manager for Cliomedia I was responsible for the following projects:- CLIO – a database software for managing Historical Archives- Acquisition of external copyrights (films and images) for the Multimedia CD-ROM Mafia – 150 anni di storia e storie, Gruppo laRepubblica/l’Espresso 1998.- Media e futuro, Telecom Italia – Centro Studi San Salvador, 1996. A Multimedia CD-ROM about the history and future of means of telecommunication.
