Reports directly to the Deputy Director of Education Service and is chiefly responsible for data related to all GI Bill benefits, data analysis and data integrity for the VA Post 9/11 GI Bill and other related benefits and services. Manages a team that develops national and global requirements for institutes of higher learning and non-college degree institutions that receive GI Bill funding. Oversees the programmatic coordination of internal and external stakeholders, such as congressional representatives, corporations, non-profits, and veterans and their beneficiaries. Chief coordinator for data sharing agreements and memorandums of understanding across various federal organizations and stakeholders.

Chief statistician for the Post 9/11 GI Bill and Montgomergy GI bill. Leads the development and implementation for student Academic Progress for over 15,000 institutions of higher learning that are eligible for the Post 9/11 GI Bill benefit. Develops recommendations and process improvements based in analytical interpretations of data and trend analysis. Provides strategic guidance and oversees and designs surveys using human centered design that aide in the creation of performance management measures to exaluate the organization and, to define and measure success. For 12 years, I have worked in mortgage finance with ten of those years in government oversight of VA's mortgage loan program. My tenure has exposed me to a host of governmental programs and agencies. I routinely draft and review executive correspondence.
