As a graduate of Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, I have since gone on to work at Google where I help accelerate the growth of small and medium-sized app and gaming businesses. At Google, I served as the Head of Experience for the Global Black Google Network (now an advisor), and have led initiatives ranging from fundraising ~$1M for Black-led businesses and nonprofit organizations to highlighting stories of the incredible Black women that make up the company. I'm a creator and a mobilizer, and the excitement for new ideas has recently led me to founding my own social impact consulting firm, bseratg, LLC.
