•Provide guidance and support to junior engineering staff and offshore contract support.•Partner with and manage third-party, 24x7 managed infrastructure services vendor providing Tier 1 and 2 support of web infrastructure for operations and change management•Manage multiple projects at a time in the areas of obsolescence, automation, monitoring and CI/CD•Ensure no configuration drift of application builds, users and security via Puppet, Orca and Jenkins•Maintain relationships with software vendors and sales representatives to maximize ROI•Work with business stakeholders to architect and subsequently build new application environments•Re-wrote 50+ configuration management Puppet scripts to onboard a new configuration management tool.•Partnered with Operations group to build a 24x7 Application centric helpdesk to triage and action monitoring alerts as they arise.•Design SOPs and SLAs for Application Support Group / First level support desk for all Genworth applications.
