Managed a multi county territory in Southwest Ohio which consisted of restaurants, country clubs, health care facilities, and schools. Primary focus was to increase sales of fresh food, produce, meats, dry goods, and restaurant equipment in a highly competitive, time sensitive environment. Also addressed customer service issues such as food quality and delivery. Responsiblities also included new product demonstrations and applications of new food and equipment items. Worked closley with brokers and manufacturing reps.
