Associate SD Settlements Analyst 1 (Mutual Funds) August 2015-May 2017• Process Mutual Funds Trades – execute client’s instructions in a timely, orderly and accurate manner.• Act as a liaison between clients and Mutual Fund companies to insure instructions such as account openings, purchases, redemptions, transfers, and dividend distributions/capital gains are processed without any error.• Work with a variety of software simultaneously (ASTRA, CARS, OTM, Excel, etc.)• Perform account reconciliations throughout the day to ensure account balances are in agreement with daily cash inflows/outflows

• Assisted in boosting straight through processing • Used various Excel techniques to eliminate the need to manually book accounts and by performing data analysis to identify string patterns. • Created an informational, reference-type page for the Cash Management and Tri-Party teams that was presented to senior management.• Learned about various business operations and strategies from HR events, job shadowing, and by engaging in summer long projects.

•Effectively communicated the goals and objectives of the University of South Florida to Alumni and Donors.•Updated alumni records, maintained positive relations, and solicited gifts for specific academic funds at the University of South Florida.•By successfully maintaining, as well as creating healthy relationships with prospects I raised over $25k for the University in my time at the call center.
