Implemented a full case management conversion from Visual files to Cube Case including a full data conversion. Part of the deployment included carrying out a full training program. Recently completed another full case management conversion from Cube Case to Proclaim.Duties :Responsible for the day to day management / work load of the Case Management Developers, prioritizing where necessary work schedules for the team.Maintenance of Proclaim case management system. Created and delivered a full training program.Responsible for analysis and development of the Medico-legal Proclaim Case Management System including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem programs, and designing solutions to problematic programming.Part of the strategic planning team that analyzed the company's business goals, ensuring that they were effectively and efficiently implemented within the CMS.Responsible for provision of MI to both internal and external clients. Developed a reporting console (C#/SQL) allowing the automation of the existing MI system, resulting in real time data and significant turnaround times for monthly reporting and improved results against customer Service Level Agreements.
