As the VP of Global Marketing at Lakeland Fire + Safety, I lead the global marketing efforts for Lakeland where we have the honorable mission of "Protecting Your People." For over forty years, Lakeland has provided quality protective solutions for the most critical applications, answering the call to protect the world’s workers, first responders, and communities. Prior to joining Lakeland, I have over 25 years of experience in launching and growing products and services in new and high-growth markets, with a focus on customer needs and business opportunities - largely in the public safety and first responder markets. I also serve as a Strategic Advisor at Lassen Peak where I will help facilitate the initiatives I began there as Chief Marketing Officer. As CMO at Lassen Peak I led the marketing, product marketing/management and early business development efforts of a handheld imaging radar solution with AI that will revolutionize concealed weapon detection and enhance officer safety and accountability. Prior to Lassen Peak, I led Marketing and Product Management for Vigilant Solutions where I transformed the product offering, brand reputation, and revenue growth by simplifying the pricing strategy, migrating users to a paid SaaS product, leading the development of new analytics to build value, and authoring user success stories. My efforts, along with those of an incredible team, led to a successful $445MM acquisition of Vigilant Solutions by Motorola Solutions. I am a customer-focused, high-performance servant leader who develops and motivates multi-disciplined teams, and a strong believer in listening to the voice of the customer, leveraging multi-channel marketing, and using automation tools to improve product management and customer communication.
