Charlie Schrauth is the founder, owner and CEO of BSI Management Search & Consulting, LLC. He established BSI in 2001 with a purpose/mission to provide solutions to Talent Management issues including assisting companies to hire and retain the right person the first time, to build teams that meet or exceed their potential, assist candidates to make the right decision to accept that new job offer. We believe that hiring a new employee should be an investment opportunity that increases the value of the employee and the employer.Since 2016, Charlie has also served as a Certified SCORE Mentor. SCORE is a volunteer resource of the Small Business Administration. As a Certified SCORE Mentor Charlie gets to mentor small business owners to thrive. He helps owners in the areas of business planning, talent strategies, growth strategies and much more. He has also initiated two mastermind groups for small business owners to participate in. These groups meet monthly, and it allows those business owners who participate to be accountable to each other for meeting their goals. We BELIEVE that hiring new employees should be an investment opportunity to increase employee and employer value not an expense. To assist companies to hire the right person the first time we have developed a 6 Step Hiring Process which makes sure the HARD skills requirements and the SOFT/HUMAN skills are understood and match the requirements of the job. This helps us to present candidates with great HARD skills and also a person with the SOFT/HUMAN skills to be successful in that job with your company. Steps 5 and 6 take place after the employee is hired. They are critical to the success of the new employee.
