Bigtincan is a B2B SaaS sales enablement platform that comprises three core products, the largest of which is called the ‘Content Hub’. I most recently worked in the Digital Service 'tribe' as one of the Platform Owners, with a remit that includes owning the strategy and development for several key areas of the web platform.◆ Led a team of cross-skilled individuals to deliver simple, innovative enhancements that aligned with Optus' wider digital strategy and human-centred design principles.◆ Performed user research and conducted personalisation experiments utilising qualitative and quantitative analysis to make informed data-led decisions.◆ Presented to C-suite executives and influenced senior stakeholders to gain endorsement of my vision for the platform and the roadmap to achieve it.◆ Worked with an agile coach to ensure the squad grew and matured, with a focus on maximising squad engagement and promoting a healthy work life balance.◆ Managed a $2M budget ensuring the team had the necessary resources to deliver.◆ Oversaw the platform’s day to day operation; working with AEM, React and Ractive.

Travelled extensively backpacking solo through Asia, the Americas and Southern Africa.Not only did this give me a fantastic opportunity to see the world, but it allowed me to grow my language skills, develop my ability as an amateur photographer and increased my personal resilience.As part of my travels, I have driven across India in a rickshaw for charity, taught local children English in a favela in Rio de Janeiro and volunteered for a wildlife organisation in Tenerife promoting sustainable tourism.I believe these experiences have made it easier for me to build rapport with a diverse range of people from different backgrounds, and this is evident in both my work and the relationships that I have with my colleagues.
