We utilized IBM Rational System Architect and DOORS, DoDAF and BPMN standards, and iterative facilitated stakeholder reviews to validate our findings and achieve consensus on our efforts.Led analysis and solution design for Federal Railroad Administration's modernization of their railroad/highway crossing inventory. Solution will provide both portal-based and electronic file submission methods for data collection, near real-time translation into FRA XML format, validation against business rules and dissemination to various systems for reporting and safety analysis purposes. Overall goal of system is to reduce railroad/highway crossing risks thereby reducing accidents and injuries at crossings.Provided supply chain, integration and exchange strategies for Government and Global 2000 companies.
