Focused on clarifying program vision and governance, improving employee engagement, business process improvement from recruiting to succession planning, and facilitating discussion and change across functions, geographies, and management level.Significant experience implementing SaaS HR systems supporting talent management, including recruiting, learning, performance management, and succession planning. ​

Led the Human Resources department as well as organizational change initiatives.Advised CEO and Business Unit heads on corporate and people strategies including culture, mission and values, organizational efficiency, staffing and talent, employee relations, legal and regulatory, and HR technology. Key initiatives include:Analyzed performance management data, then proposed and executed a major process overhaul, including the retirement of Telamon’s annual review process and the design of a new custom performance management system.Designed and implemented a comprehensive compensation system, formalizing job titles, descriptions, pay grades, and processes to both fund and distribute base and incentive pay increases.Led the HR function through several successful acquisitions.

Led multiple concurrent projects within the Individual division including the 18 month, approximately $4M effort to replace the existing policy application software.

Led new development releases for the Private Credit Originations (PCO) engine — one of the largest single system application development teams at Sallie Mae. Releases were comprised of multiple projects executed over an 8 -9 month period, with peak staffing at 80+ resources and over 100,000 person-hours of effort. Delivered 3 major releases per year.

Led the IT operations of a $400M international enterprise, with an IT and Special Projects budget of approximately $1.6M. Responsibilities focused on application development (.NET, ASP) and ERP customization (MAS500), but included LAN and WAN network administration and desktop support.

A series of positions of increasing responsibility, beginning with Systems Analyst in QA/QC IT, through Senior Systems Analyst/Project Manager in Manufacturing & Quality Informatics, and ending with Execution Lead in the Clinical Capabilities Development program.
