Job Purpose:Reporting to the National Sales Manager, my core responsibility as a Trainer/Instructional Designer was to develop and facilitate quality training which resulted in improved sales performance. As part of a small training team, I provided learning opportunities to improve the professional performance and capability of: Insurance Sales.

My primary responsibility was servicing the UK insurance industry through the design and delivery of systems training to Brokers, Intermediaries, and Underwriters.
