I was introduced to the world of Data Analytics and Business Intelligence about 7 years ago and have been interested ever since in developing my analytic abilities and technological skills. I've held and performed progressively increased roles and responsibilities involving data extraction, visualization, maintenance and project management. l've had the opportunity to learn and implement business intelligence processes and technologies in non-profit and eduction environments and continue to build data querying and reporting skills using SQL and other BI tools. While most of my training in data analytics has been on the job, I did complete formal training in Business Intelligence through the University of Calgary in their Business Intelligence Certificate program.I value collaboration, effective communication, efficiency and creativity in the workplace. I continuously work to improve current skills and learn new relevant skills along the way and will be bringing the same spirit of learning forward.
