    In 2016, I completed my first design and fabrication of a pedal bus/party bicycle (quad-cycle). I designed, built, wired, and created a 12 pedaling passenger quad-cycle with electric assistive motor. The bike had full suspension, a center bar, hydraulic brakes, custom chassis and 48-Volt/12-Volt DC electric system with a 5,000 Watt A/C System to power the TV, Karaoke, etc. The project required welding, woodworking, electrical design and fabrication, and a variety of project management skills. This comes on the heels of two other bike projects with electric motors and full overhauls with suspension and electrical systems design.

    My initial role to implement a computerized inventory and parts tracking/assembly system evolved to interim CFO. After moving the company from QBO (QuickBooks Online) to QuickBooks Enterprise and establishing an IT infrastructure, we did a systematic teardown of finances, assets, and real property.The corporation was running insolvent, and numerous liabilities needed to be addressed. I helped bring the business some strategic members for its board, an interim line of operating credit secured by inventory, and develop a strategy for a turnaround. After hiring a permanent CFO, I assumed an operations leadership position where I achieved many milestones on the path to righting the company for success.Specific Points of Merit:- Established a parts inventory system using QuickBooks Ent and QuoteWerks- Established a repair order and customer asset system using AyaNova (the industry had no solution, so I wrote the integration pieces between AyaNova, QuoteWerks, Act! Workforce, and QBE)- Became an authorized service center and dealer for E-Z-GO.- Established industry relationships with retailers for a pilot Shop In Shop program with Roger Dunn Golf- Established a custom manufacturing division- Established a global sales channel and landed both single unit sales in seven countries as well as a supply channel relationship to a client in Saudi Arabia.
