Supporting the customer also supports the community. This is the best lesson I’ve learned in my years in the agriculture industry. Knowing that by doing my job I help my customers achieve their goals and in turn their production supports their local community is why I do what I do. My work at FIAlabs consists of many different types of tasks, all designed to help the customer find the best solution possible for their instruments. Working with a team of experts I help customers solve technical issues with their instrumentation. I work to fine tune chemistry methods on our FIAlyzers to deliver the most accurate data. I also help sell solutions to future customers looking for higher sample through-put, more precise data generation, and the best customer support of any lab equipment company I have ever worked with.Outside the lab I spend time reading, hiking, and enjoying the company of friends and family. I love new experiences and new adventures.
