Create and establish rugby programs that introduce new players to the sport and help experienced players accomplish their goals. The current launch I'm directing is the Legacy Rugby College Academy. LCRA is focused on using rugby as an engagement tool for students athletes to focus on higher education. Through a partnership with Washtenaw Community College athletes attend classes working to obtain the required credits to transfer to a 4-year university or earn an associate degree in a trade program. While they are studying they will also be training and playing full-time in our high-performance set-up.
