It Support Analyst
- Actively participate in the assessment, troubleshooting and resolution of advanced level end user issues, working remotely, escalating as needed
- Monitoring data trends and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and making recommendations for improvements
- Effectively manage issues through multiple forms of inbound requests including calls, e- mails, chat, web forms, or client tracking/ticketing databases
- Data entry/analysis (management of data) -accurately prioritize, categorize, track and log calls, tickets, chats, etc. following client or internal tracking protocols
- Collaborate with colleagues to document processes and methodologies, contributing to the creation of a comprehensive knowledge base.
