Responsible for operations and logistics of customer engagements including the design, engineering and build of custom product delivery solutions. Instrumental in the adoption and execution of EOS as the business management model.

Responsible for development and delivery of client engagement services, client-specific product enhancements, and solution implementations. Engagements included national and international service providers as well as major government agencies. Instrumental in growing the professional services division from 30 to 100+ consulting engineers.

Provided leadership to the Board of Directors in support of the mission to fund programs that serve children with developmental disabilities and their families, with an emphasis on programs that impact the inadequately insured or under-served. Rehab Therapy Foundation annually awards grants to nonprofit organizations working to improve the lives of children with disabilities in North Carolina.
