Responsible for managing multiple projects through schematic to completion phase in a very high paced work environment. Maintain HD2 in-house and consultant project scheduling. Conduct site surveys, investigative reports and provide recommendations prior to schematic phase. Conduct client presentations and communicate with clients daily. Have completed a wide range of project scopes (new construction, phased construction and renovations). Directly coordinate and meet with outside consultants, clients and vendors. Review and coordinate food service and interior design documentation.
