Developed quantitative models of multiple aspects of membrane fusion, performed extensive image analysis, developing novel analysis algorithms. Integrated extensive experimental data into quantitative models. Worked extensively with experimental collaborators, communicating results with them. Developed and performed Monte Carlo simulations. Utilized Matlab to perform image analysis, simulations, and statistical analysis.
