Member of the NatWest Digital X CIO Executive Office, providing business management support to CEO-1 (Chief Information Officer). Duties include preparing/contributing to Exec./Board-level papers and briefs, collating/simplifying information for monthly Business Reviews, delivering end-to-end process for CIO performance management agenda and reviewing/highlighting relevant trends and analysis.

Working as a Business Manager in the NatWest Technology function, my role supported management and capability across the various CTO (Chief Technology Office) departments. Responsibilities covered a range of activities including Headcount, Financial/Budget Management, Pay and Reward, Strategic Workforce Initiatives, Stakeholder Relationship Management, Resourcing, Early Careers, Talent Management and Critical Skills/People. To gain experience of working within a professional football organisation, joined the Livingston FC (Scottish Premiership) content team, responsible for creating the Lions matchday magazine (‘ROAR’).Activities included:• Writing regular columns/items – including personally-devised ‘Livi-ng In The Past’ archive feature.• Proofreading/editing the ‘Manager’s Notes’ (on behalf of First-Team manager). • Contributing to club’s digital communication plan. • Developing contacts across media and operations teams.• Working to fixed editorial/production deadlines.
