Oversaw Member Services Group, which consisted of public and media relations, publications/advertising sales, Internet, printing, graphic design, Small Business, Area Chapters (7), Industry Relations, reception and welcome center for one of the largest chambers in the country; responsible for 13 staff members and $2.3 million budget. Also served on executive management team and produced the Annual Meeting- the chamber’s largest event. Oversaw all video related projects and speech-writing services.

Managed production and edited four major directories, a quarterly magazine, monthly tabloid and various niche publications. Served as editor of Ventures Charlotte magazine. Supported sales staff with promotional efforts and sales materials. Managed chamber’s public relations and media efforts.
