I am a litigation partner at Hinckley Allen. I serve as the Chair of its International Trade & National Security Practice Group and Co-Chair its Cybersecurity, Privacy and Data Protection Practice Group. My practice focuses on white collar criminal defense, government enforcement, internal investigations, cybersecurity, cyber incident response, national security, international trade matters involving export controls (ITAR and EAR) and economic sanctions (OFAC), research misconduct and grant compliance, healthcare and financial fraud, and intellectual property and proprietary information theft. I use my experience as a former federal prosecutor to advise clients on financial, cyber, and national security matters, conduct internal investigations, assist clients in responding to insider threats, provide guidance on developing robust regulatory compliance programs, interface with law enforcement agencies, respond to government inquiries and subpoenas, seek to favorably resolve government enforcement matters, and provide aggressive representation in criminal and civil matters.

Successfully tried cases involving murder, rape, child sexual abuse, fraud, computer crimes, and drug offenses. Awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal for successful prosecution of the office's most challenging cases including a highly-publicized murder trial and child molestation cases and the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for prosecution of technically complex child pornography and computer crimes.
