About Brandon Stephenson

Hello friends! I am an experienced marketer, passionate about CPG and about the food industry. I’m currently working as brand manager for the Premium and DeliShaved lunch meat lines at Land O’ Frost. Prior to my current role, I worked as an associate brand manager with Tyson foods, managing the Tyson Grilled & Ready Frozen product line, including P&L responsibility, forecasting, consumption analysis, strategy development, and ad agency partnership management. Before managing G&R, I got a lot of experience in innovation, launching 10 Tyson-branded sustaining innovation items for warehouse clubs (Costco, Sam's Club, etc). I love CPG and food, and I'm interested in learning all I can about the world of brand management. I earned an MBA at UNC Kenan-Flagler with a dual emphasis in marketing and operations and a sustainability enhancement. Prior to business school, I got a foundation in retail merchandising at Target, then honed my quantitative and project management abilities while working in mortgage lending. My MBA summer projects included developing a São Paulo market penetration strategy for Domino's Pizza International as well as my internship with Symbology. For fun, I love family time with my two kids, scuba diving, cooking great food, art, live music, and domestic and international travel. I lived in Brazil for 2 years and I got hooked on seeing the world. During my undergraduate years, I interned in Belgium and fell in love with Europe, too.
