Two of my innate strengths are “achiever” and “responsibility”. As an achiever I approach every day focused on being productive and making tangible progress toward a goal. My responsibility is demonstrated by the way I take ownership and hold myself accountable for doing what I say I will do. I am a champion of protecting company assets and the consumer’s best interest through smart and compliant lending practices, effective risk mitigation, and engaged leadership. Business changes rapidly today and keeping up with those changes in critical. Remaining nimble and embracing change are characteristics that allow me to look at changes as opportunities rather than disruptions. I enjoy learning new processes and adapting or enhancing current processes to meet changing business requirements and strategies. My motto is, if we need to do it differently, how can we do it better. I am an exceptional and dedicated teacher, coach, and mentor. Developing my team and leading them to exceptional performance is a task I take very seriously. It’s truly gratifying to see my direct reports progress in their careers and expand their roles in our organization.
