•Responsible for all on-site and hosted IT systems including SAP Business One - ERP, MRMS POS•Management and recruitment of all IT support staff•Creation of IT annual budget •TCO & ROI analysis for all IT services and solutions•Project implementation and control, SQL database management•Creation of global strategic IT initiative in line with the Board of Directors wishes•Responsible for report writing using MS SQL SSRS, SAP B1 and power pivot for excel for all departments including finance, wholesale, retail and ecommerce•Managing introduction of new retail stores to the organisation•Responsible for seamless integration of centralised distribution, ecommerce and wholesale operations into SAP Business One ERP•Day to day management of internal networks, Hyper-V servers, SQL 2005,2008 & 2012 databases across a multi-subnet VPN network•Responsible for system design and implementation of corporate disaster recovery solution and associated policies•Management of company-wide cloud data backup and virtualised continuity systems

•Design and implementation of customer networks in readiness for point of sale installations•Consultation with customers to ascertain their needs and requirements prior to POS implementations•Creation of system design and project documentation•System Training of end users

•Scoping, Design and Implementation of client-side IT projects•Network & security reviews, data backup strategies•Instrumental in recruitment of new client IT support staff•Creation of detailed technical project documentation

•Diagnosing and resolving technical issues in-house and at client sites•Managing all external client support calls•Maintaining tape backups for all principle file and database servers•Supporting and maintaining MS Server/Desktops and MS Exchange environments•Providing desktop and server and printer support•Ensuring patches and upgrades were applied to core servers•Installation & management of corporate antivirus systems•Ensuring licensing for all software purchased is recorded and maintained

•Maintenance of complex mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment used to create master stamper DVD/CD’s•Design and build of Programmable Logic Controlled processing systems
