I am a Resource Mobilization Advisor at East-West Management Institute (EWMI), where I provide guidance and advice to the USAID Civil Society Engagement Program in Georgia and the USAID Civil Society Strengthening Activity in Uganda on strategies and approaches to ensure the successful management and monitoring of the program's domestic resource mobilization activities, supporting the development of capacities in fundraising and resource sharing, and improvements in the regulatory framework for philanthropy and sustainability of CSOs. I am also affiliated with the Center for Philanthropy - a philanthropy infrastructure development and donor advisory non-profit in Slovakia, as senior advisor. I have over 20 years of professional experience in institution building, learning and development, cross-sectoral collaboration, grant-making, funding mechanisms development and resource mobilization for civil society in the CEE, South Caucasus, and Central Asia regions. My core competencies include organizational leadership, cross-sectoral and culturally diverse team management, strategic management of organizations, program design, management, monitoring and evaluation, resource mobilization approaches including community foundation development, donation-based crowdfunding, and online giving and fundraising.
