Digital Experience Enablement Manager
Current- Lead and develop the Digital Experience Enablement team- Oversee the digital transformation of marketing automation, personalization, and product maximization of current and future tools and platforms- Create and lead in the implementation of scalable solutions for the long-term success of the marketing automation program and proactively prepare for the future and changing industry standards- Develop timelines for project development in consideration of resource allocation- Drive process improvements and automation, including, but not limited to, audience creation, email development, recurring campaigns, and marketing automation capabilities- Collaborate with marketing teams to create innovative capabilities to drive marketing strategy forward and ensure follow-through against promised timelines- Lead individual contributors within Marketing to drive and execute the company’s strategic plan- Stay abreast of the marketing technology landscape, tracking trends, conducting competitive analysis, and sharing findings with team and leadership- Evaluate potential new tools bringing value to the business or processes- Lead and participate in an RFP process and negotiating contracts (new and renewals)
