I was heading the retirement homes vertical of a larger business organization looking after opportunities to develop retirement homes and communities across India with a leading hospital group as our healthcare partners. We had initiated a strategic partnership with a Kolkata based real estate developer where they planned a part of the development as a retirement homes community in around 4.5 acres, within a larger plan of a residential development on an area of 120 acres. This was a tripartite agreement with the developer, a leading hospital group of India and Elixir Communities. However, due to lack of response from the elderly, the project was shelved.

I was Heading the project execution team in the PMC division of JLL for a site of 105000.00 sq ft to be completed in 6 months time being developed by K.Raheja Corp. at their K.Raheja Mindspace IT Park at Hyderabad for our client, Continuum Solutions Pvt. Ltd.,, a subsidiary of the Bank of America. While we were executing the project, the client wanted an incubation space to start operations at once and we created a 100 seat temporary space opp to the construction site from where they started operations. This has helped the client's overseas officials to observe and monitor the on site construction on a day to day basis through a webcam fitted at the incubation site and through weekly conference calls with me and my team and their dept heads sitting at various places across the globe from US and London to Mumbai and also my team heads sitting at Bangalore, Hong Kong and Australia. It was very exciting as I was the at the helm of affairs and we could deliver well within the project schedule.
