Using strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and sometimes conflict resolution skills, we fought hard to keep a good quality standard, when everyone else was just trying to ship out whatever they could get out the door. Technological skills were used often to communicate instructions and corrective actions to employees and customers. Shelley and I kept that company going, all the way until the very end.
