 Create corporate level IT Infrastructure Strategy Plan, establish relevant roadmap, and lead IT infrastructure team fully implement the roadmap.  Develop, maintain IT policy / standard / guideline, work with all regional IT manages to standardize all parts of IT infrastructure globally. Build / develop IT operation team, ensure global backbone network and core IT system’s availability (7*24*365), and meet with business needs. Continually improve user’s experience and ensure the SLA meet with business needs. Develop, maintain and publish up-to-date information security policies, standards and guidelines. Oversee the approval, training, and dissemination of security policies and practices. Oversee & control IT budget, Continually look for opportunities for cost reductions.

• Implement IT Strategy for RAE Asia that is fully-integrated with the business strategy as well as aligned with the global IT strategy• Setup and maintain IT network infrastructure and lead IT infrastructure supporting service to the business.• Implement business application systems.• Support RAE Asia website.• IT projects planning, development, implementation and management.• Collaborate between local and regional / global IT teams for effective service delivery.• Manage IT Assets to support the business needs effectively and efficiency• Negotiate IT service levels and specifications with business management and suppliers to meet business needs.• Work with business leadership to conduct effective IT budgetary planning. Manage IT headcount, Capital within Plan/ Forecast.• Ensure IT systems meet within SOX needs.
