After growing up in the Dallas/Ft Worth, TX area and grinding my way through six years of life-changing service in the United States Marine Corps, I always knew entrepreneurship and serving people were in my future.In July of 2005, I left corporate America and opened a full-time construction fastener business in the back of my house. I was a one-man operation with a new home, two young children, a wife and bills. I was driven to make this happen and the desire was too strong to ignore. Since then, we have grown to 3 locations. My investors/business partners are my customers!Troop Industrial is focused on contractors and fabricators working on large capital projects. We do a significant amount of work with Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) companies building LNG, Ethylene, Green Diesel, Coker Units, and a myriad of other projects, both here at home and across the world. We created an internal team called The Projexx Group that handles large quotations, jobs with a lot of specifications that require strict attention to detail. This has been a great addition for our customers, and we have had a lot of success and positive feedback. We have a strong patriotic culture and passionately support our nation’s active duty military and Veterans. We strive to recruit and hire Veterans for employment and honor those who serve.I also have property in Kirbyville, Texas, called Troop Ranch where we do honor hunts, retreats, and small events. At Troop Ranch we have exotic deer, white tail, and fish. You will see us cooking in areas stricken with natural disasters. We believe in donating our time, money, and resources to those in need. Growing up rich in love but poor in money and resources I easily empathize with those in need and can’t help but help.
