I have over two decades experience as a application engineer and more than 10 years experience as a Development Team Lead. I am Currently the Development Lead for Arlington National Cemetery's Enterprise Interment Support System (EISS). Previously a member of a team tasked with researching, implementing and promoting new technologies, patterns and practices to be adopted across the entire engineering service line at the U.S. Coast Guard Operations Systems Center in Kearneysville WV. Additionally I was the Technical Lead for the Vessel Documentation System (VDS) and the Architectural Lead (Services) on the Marine Information for Safety and Law Enforcement (MISLE) system. I have extensive experience designing and maintaining build, deployment and automated unit test mechanisms for large teams.My competencies include Software Engineering, Software Architecture, C#, ASP .Net Core, Blazor, SQL Server, SQL Server Data Tools, TFS/Azure DevOps Admin/Build/Release, Web Services, Angular JS, Agile/Scrum Leader and Trainer, as well as developing or extending frameworks to support large development projects.
