I'm now a national leader in gun violence prevention with a background rooted in community advocacy and public health. Born and raised in Denver, my personal experiences with systemic challenges shaped my commitment to creating positive change. After years of direct outreach, violence interruption, and policy work, I served as the Director of the State Office of Gun Violence Prevention. CurrentAs the Director of the Firearm-Related Harm & Violence Prevention (FHVP) Program Office I oversee and focus on helping communities design and implement their own firearm-related harm prevention strategies.
