1. Developing, upgrading the existing SoPs, and aligning it with the processes and as per regulatory standards and ITIL standards.2. Preparing the tracker for the Internal Audit, State Bank, External Audit, and Group Internal audit observations and preparing the reports and follow-ups on the open observations and proper closing of the observations after evidence validations from the Internal Audit team.3. Ensuring that the bank is compliant to regulatory frameworks and standards.4. Monthly reporting to SBP regarding the downtimes of Bank services to customers which includes the Digital channels.5. Actively involve in the different audits and provide them with the required evidence.6. Restructure the Identity access management department and update the process flow.7. Actively involved with the Information security team to provide them updates on the VA/PT open issues and resolution dates.8. Preparing the Access matrix review of applications and approval from relevant stakeholders.9. Prepare and validate the Disaster Recovery Plan with updated RTOs and RPOs which are aligned with Business Impact analysis.10. Actively involve in the preparation of DR Drills of the bank and preparing the reports of the gaps and issues which arise during the DR drills.11. Maintaining and reviewing the IT assets and identifying the obsolesce items and reporting it to Senior Management for further action. 12. Preparing and updating the ITSC, and BITC presentations and circulating the Minutes of Meetings and follow-ups on action items.13. Preparing the Key Risk Indicators and RCSA and reporting it to the Risk Management team monthly.14. In-depth knowledge of Risk Assessment of Applications, Network infrastructure & data centers.15. In-depth Knowledge of ISO27001, COBIT-2019, MITRE ATT&CK, NIST Risk Management Framework, Evaluation of third-party vendors, SAMA Framework, and NESA framework.16. Developed the information security policies, and SoPs and aligned them to the SBP framework.17. Develop and prepare the Cyber Security risk register and closing.
