After I got my BA in Applied Macroeconomics and Finance (with a touch of computer science, mathematics, and some music) at Bart College, NY I decided to come back to Bulgaria.In late 2008 I became a member of the Rotaract Sofia International Club and Sergeant at Arms. I also served a term as the President of the Club. Meanwhile I was recruited by the SOFIMUN Foundation as an Administrative Director and Conference Manager.I had some time on my hands while working for a US based e-commerce business and passion for cooking, food and photography so together with my partner in life, started working to achieve our dream at the time - to open a restaurant which would feature local ingredients and create delicious food.In 2010 we started a blog about food and cooking. In a couple of months people were starting to ask us to participate in different events ranging from TV shows to Science and Food Festivals - eg. Sofia Science Festival, Kinookus (Coratia).In late 2012 we opened our own store featuring local high quality food products. Our goal is to promote local producers and help them be noticed by more people. At the same time we started working at Amuse Bouche Culinary School, where we teach culinary classes and organize workshops and team buildings and catering.Currently I am in charge of the social media strategy, marketing, and collaboration projects for Amuse Bouche Culinary school, where I am co-owner. After working on internal projects for 4 years I started takeing food photography projects and videography projects.
