I am a recent graduate of Texas State University with a Bachelor of Healthcare Administration, maintaining a GPA of 3.25 in the School of Health Professions as an Upsilon Phi Delta Honor Society member. My academic and extracurricular experiences have equipped me with a robust foundation in healthcare management and leadership.While pursuing my degree, I served as the Service Director and Fundraising Director for an IFC fraternity. I successfully orchestrated various fundraising events in collaboration with local food chains, raising significant funds for charitable organizations. Additionally, I led initiatives such as clothing drives, can drives, and free car washes, contributing to community welfare and earning my organization the prestigious Gold Cup from our national committee.My practical experience includes various part-time roles where I developed and polished my soft skills. In conjunction, I was also earned an internship with Ascension Seton Hays Hospital that contributed greatly with hands on healthcare experience. As a Quality Intern, I took on several process improvement initiatives that led to reduced patient wait times, decreased patient falls, enhanced joint commission readiness, and increased overall employee satisfaction.My ability to balance academic responsibilities, leadership roles, and part-time work demonstrates my exceptional time management skills and dedication to both personal and professional growth.
