Including DCM instruments and bank loans.✓ Taking an active role in management with financial counterparties including financial agreement negotiation.✓ Taking an active role in managing the intercompany loan process.✓ Managing both domestic and international counterparty relationships.✓ financial institutions (IFC, EBRD, EBI).✓ Taking a supportive role in subsidiaries’ banking relationships in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.✓ Working with the financial planning department for the Budget process and ad-hoc analyses.✓ Taking an active role in ERP development projects (SAP) for the Treasury Management Module.✓ Taking an active role in developing treasury management reporting for both the ERP and supportive systems.

✓ Managing the company’s cash flow, debt portfolio, financial risk, credit risk and supplier payment processes.✓ Building up new relationships as well as managing existing financial institution relationships.✓ Cashflow Management.✓ Managing existing collection products and conducting the negotiation process of the agreements and pricing strategies with the counterparties. (DDS, Virtual POS, etc.)✓ Managing overdue receivables and reporting effectively.✓ Managing supplier payment process. and taking an active role in the improvement of the company’s working capital.✓ Reporting and closely monitoring FX position.✓ Supporting IFRS reporting in terms of Treasury activities.✓ Managing relationships with rating agencies.✓ Leading projects regarding improvement of the supplier payment process.✓ Building up policy/procedure related to supplier payments as well as treasury related activities.

(Especially on online payment and collection systems.)✓ Taking an active role in managing the existing debt portfolio greater than USD 1 billion.✓ Taking an active role in managing the intercompany loan process.✓ Taking an active role in researching appropriate derivative products for cash flow, balance sheet, and raw material hedging.✓ Managing both domestic and international counterparty relationships.✓ Working with the financial planning department regularly for RE and BP presentations as well as other monthly and quarterly presentations which are submitted to top management and the Board of Directors.✓ Taking an active role in ERP development projects (SAP) for the Treasury Management Module.✓ Taking an active role in developing treasury management reporting for both the ERP and supportive systems.✓ Taking a supportive role in managing cash flow as well as the debt portfolio of the company's subsidiaries.✓ Taking an active role in the implementation of the Virtual Point of Sale (POS) collection system as well as other online collection methods.
