Responsible for consulting with clients to address strategic business and technology problems, such as strategic planning, technical and process recommendations, and program management and delivery.

As President and owner of ProductivitySoft, responsible for all aspects of company operations. ProductivitySoft through the CafeTech and QuickSuite brands, is a software company providing cafeteria management solutions to public and private schools. Product functionality includes point of sale, free and reduced applications, inventory, menu planning, and district level data consolidation.

Directed 500+ information technology professionals (350 outsourced) in the optimization, enhancement, and support of the legacy application portfolio worldwide. In addition to his operational role, Brian led several key initiatives such as the implementation of Oracle 11i Financials in Europe and the Americas, the transformation of the application and process portfolio including defining and documenting the application architecture, decommissioning of legacy applications, and archiving of corporate critical data, and the renegotiation of the outsourced application support agreement increasing overall service levels by 20% while reducing costs by 50%.
