• Served as CTO to a 50-student team to design, fabricate, and test an operational IEC Nuclear Fusion Reactor.• Secured Vanderbilt’s Sesquicentennial Grant, Board of Trustees’ support and a dedicated lab, the only UG team awarded.• Analyzed potential radiation sources to develop deterministic and stochastic models to present to the Tennessee NEAC• Designed patent-pending Automatic Control System and AI Hazard Condition Identifier, pioneering AI reactor safety.• Directed 20 students to install critical electrical systems and refurbished a 50kV power supply, saving $30k.• Presented at major events including Sandia Labs TRTR, Oak Ridge, UT Energy Week, and Princeton’s Impact Challenge.• Built industry-academic partnerships, resulting in successful design safety verifications and IP protection for our systems.
