• Managed a loan portfolio totaling $650 million, consisting of 35 construction and renovation loans in various property types: hotel, retail, office, industrial, parking and multifamily. • Reduced corporate loan delinquency rate by leading the resolution of delinquent accounts through complex modifications (30) and foreclosures (4). Negotiation Points: (i) new borrower equity, (ii) term extension / options, (iii) interest rates / fees, (iv) loan commitment write-down, (v) lender profit participation, (vi) tranche structuring.

• Underwrote construction loans, ranging from $1.5 million to $75 million, and served as portfolio manager for a loan portfolio totaling up to $300 million and consisting of approximately 20 loans.• Contributed to managing client relationships that generated $100 million in annual loan production.

• Supported management of a $7 billion loan portfolio.• Strengthened relationships with clients through open communication and timely execution during the underwriting, loan closing, draw, and lease approval processes.

• Participated in management of both the real estate and mortgage divisions with total assets in excess of $5 billion.• Aided contract negotiations with developers, general contractors, and property managers.
