CurrentElectronics Integrated Systems Mechanic Wage Leader for OO-ALC EMXG Processor Pneumatics (PP) ShopRepair LRU’s (Line Replaceable Units) for the F-16’s and F-35’sTrained, certified, and can complete 30-, 60-, 90-, 180- and 360-Day Preventative Maintenance Inspection (PMI) for Rack Mount (RI-AIS) Avionics Intermediate Shop (I-AIS) Test Stands in the Processor Pneumatic (PP) and Computer Inertial (CI)Given Confidential clearance to have Processor Pneumatic (PP) Vault ClearanceI use the Rackmounted-Improved Avionics Intermediate Shop (R-IAIS) and Improved Avionics Intermediate Shop (IAIS) Automated Test Equipment (ATE). Proficient to perform maintenance, calibration, and alignments per test stand technical orders (TO) and 244 scheduled maintenances of 30-, 60-, 90-, 180-, and 360-day maintenance. For Calibrations and Alignments, I use: Interface Test Adapter (ITA), Fluke Signal Generator, Eaton Synchro Resolver, Fluke calibrator, Fluke and HP Rackmount digital multi-meter, Decade resistor, and digital handheld multi-meters. Use ATDS405 Drucks for Pneumatic testing. Use and perform Intermittent Fault Detection & Isolation System (IFDIS) on multiple LRU assets for repairs. Also check ETIMS for the proper CPIN and APINS for proper LRU revision testing.Check all sales for the Computer Inertial (CI) Shop and Processor Pneumatics (PP) Shop which includes checking all stamps, completed operations, TAA time and closed gates, sold with the appropriate condition code on Electronic Work Control Documents (EWCD) and Drils, as well as the appropriate condition tags on assets. Also check for IUID labels, Serial Number nameplates with correct Part and Serial NumbersChecking in all assets, matching part and serial numbers of assets, and induct assets in DrilsUpdate white boards of daily and weekly productionComputer Inertial (CI) Shop and Processor Pneumatics (PP) Shop’s Team Council RepresentativeAll other duties remain the same as a Electronics Integrated Systems Mechanic
